Gregor Alexander, MD, joined Orlando Health in 1977 and is a member of the neonatal intensive care team at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies. Dr. Alexander is board-certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. He also has several publications and journals.

Dr. Alexander earned his medical degree from Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia. He completed pediatric residencies at Variety Children's Hospital and Jackson Memorial Hospital, followed by both clinical and research fellowships at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Alexander was part of a group of physicians who built the Arnold and Winnie Palmer hospitals. Where he held the directorship of the neonatal unit for sixteen years. During his leadership the neonatal intensive care unit expanded its capacity, the ECMO program began and the transport team became stronger.

On 2010 Dr. Alexander was honored by having the NICU named the Alexander Center for Neonatology. He has been the chairman for the Arnold Palmer Medical Center Foundation.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions, shown above, from our nationally-recognized Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
