Tiki Bakhshi, MD, is an OB/GYN physician in practice with the Winnie Palmer Hospital Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and in maternal fetal medicine.

Dr. Bakhshi earned his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed an OB/GYN residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio and a fellowship in maternal fetal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.

Before joining Orlando Health, Dr. Bakhshi earned a commendatory record as a physician in the U.S. Army. From 2013 – 2016, he served as chief of maternal fetal medicine at San Antonio Military Medical Center.  Prior to that, he served five years as chief of perinatal genetics at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu and held previous positions at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky.   

Dr. Bakhshi has been an active educator in his field, serving on the medical teaching staff at the hospitals where he has worked. He also has published research on various OB/GYN topics. He is a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Association of Maternal-Fetal Medicine Management. He also is a fellow of the American College Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
