As chief operating officer for Orlando Health South Lake Hospital, Dustin Pierce provides executive oversight of hospital operations, advancing the development and execution of high-quality, cost-effective programs and services that support the needs of patients, physicians and team members throughout the south Lake and Sumter County communities.
Previously, Dustin served as associate chief operating officer at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he oversaw perioperative and cardiovascular operations. He also has 25 years of progressive leadership experience at Orange County Fire Rescue, specializing in operations and organizational leadership. During his fire rescue tenure, he worked as a nurse in the emergency room, cardiac critical care and flight roles at Orlando Health.
