With two decades of leadership experience and a deep-rooted commitment to pediatric care, Melanie Williams serves as chief nursing officer of Orlando Health Children’s Arnold Palmer Hospital. In this role, she leads the hospital’s nursing strategy and oversees nursing services to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.
Before joining Orlando Health, Melanie served as associate chief nursing officer at Children’s Hospital
Los Angeles in California and held leadership roles at Ochsner Health System in Louisiana.
Melanie earned a master’s in nursing from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, with a focus on nursing management and executive leadership. She is a board-certified nurse executive, holds an inpatient obstetrics certification and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
