Meet Our Studio Manager, Caleb Nyberg

A little about me:

I graduated from UCF in 2017 with a degree in Film and Mass Media and have spent much of my career working in the world of sports. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to create content for Florida State University Football and Baseball, NASCAR, and USSSA. My background is rooted in video production: shooting, editing, storytelling, and, of course, believing that lens flares are always beautiful. But more than anything, I love being creative.

What is your favorite part of the studio?

My favorite part of the studio is the little world it creates. When kids come in, they get a chance to step away from everything happening in the hospital and just have fun. They can play games, laugh, be creative, hang out, and be themselves. For a little while, they don’t have to focus on appointments, treatments, or why they’re here, they can just be kids again.

What are three unexpected items on your desk?

1. Sponge Balls
2. A weird clock
3. A picture of me eating watermelon that I drew

Do you have a hidden talent?

I am a magician. My grandfather got me into magic as a kid and I loved it and ended up working at a magic shop in high school.
