Cynthia C. & William E. Perry Pavilion
9400 Turkey Lake Rd. | Orlando, FL 32819
The Cynthia C. & William E. Perry Pavilion was born out of a deeply personal experience. When Cindy and Bill Perry’s first son was born prematurely while they were away from home, they faced the challenge of being far from family and support.
Cindy’s parents traveled several hours to visit, only to be limited to brief one-hour visits before they had to turn around and drive back home. The emotional aspect of this experience stayed with Cindy and Bill, fueling their determination to provide a space where families could find comfort and support during such difficult times.
In 2004, their vision became a reality with the creation of the Cynthia C. & William E. Perry Pavilion, a “home-away from-home” designed for families who need a place to stay while their loved ones receive medical care at Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital.
Since its opening, the Perry Pavilion has served as a sanctuary for countless families, providing not just a place to rest, but a sense of peace during times of uncertainty.

Phillips Hospital campus.

Guest Accommodation Referrals and Requests
Orlando Health physicians and team members may refer families to the Perry Pavilion for support. However, guest inquiries are also welcome.
Due to the unexpected nature of many needs, rooms are prioritized for in-house requests and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the patient is admitted.
Referrals and requests from individuals without an in-house need may be reviewed up to 24 hours prior to the requested date of need and are considered based on room availability, family circumstances and other special considerations as determined by hospital administration.
Requests for room accommodations may be submitted by emailing R-PerryPavilion@OrlandoHealth.com. Please include the reason for the request and the estimated length of stay.
Guest Fees
A nightly fee of $50 helps cover operating costs of the pavilion and ensures this essential service remains available to families in need. Additional contributions are always welcome and can be directed to the Orlando Health Foundation, which supports ongoing healthcare and community initiatives.
